1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Honno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Honno is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that connects to your existing tools (such as advertising platforms, e-commerce systems, and productivity tools) to provide automated insights, health monitoring, and analytics for your business operations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Honno offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access with up to 1 integration and 5 AI chat messages per day
• Starter ($49/month): Up to 2 integrations and 20 AI chat messages per day
• Pro ($99/month): Unlimited integrations and unlimited AI chat messages
• Growth ($199/month): All Pro features plus priority support and advanced analytics

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms. By connecting an integration, you authorize Honno to access data from that platform within the scopes you approve during the OAuth authorization process. You may disconnect any integration at any time. Honno is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content & Third-Party AI Providers

Honno uses artificial intelligence to generate business insights, analytics, and recommendations. Our AI features are powered by third-party providers, specifically Google Gemini (by Google) and Anthropic Claude (by Anthropic). When you use AI-powered features such as the AI chat or automated insights, relevant business data from your connected integrations may be processed by these providers to generate responses.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for verifying insights and making your own business decisions. Paid plan users (Starter and above) may select their preferred AI model; free plan users are assigned a default model.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Honno. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the data you provide or the data accessed through your connected integrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights generated will be accurate or complete.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
